Information
We offer to
arrange a validation report for your house. Keuringshuis has multiple partnerships
with local appraisers who can validate your home. These appraisers are aware of
the local marketconditions. We work exclusively with certified appraisers who
can deliver validation reports (e.g. NWWI) in the entire country.
The NWWI or
another validation institute will validate the report from our partner
appraisers. This validation is a requirement for your mortgage lender or another
finanancial corporation.
Procedure
Once we
have received your application we will contact one of our partner appraisers. Next
our appraiser will sent you an authorisation which you have to agree to in
order to schedule the appointment. After the agreement the appointment will be
scheduled. Within 3-4 working-days you can expect the validation report.
Would you
like cofinance a renovation? After the application you will receive a
conformational e-mail stating further information. Here you will find a form
for the specifics of the renovation. You will have to fill out this form and
return it to us.
The
report
The
validation report will be shared digitally (after NWWI validation). However, by
special request it is also possible for the appraiser to sent the report by
post.

To apply
for an inspection, please simply fill in the application form and we will
contact you or the Real Estate Agent to schedule an appointment. We strive is
to carry out the inspection within 4 working days. After the appointment has
been made, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Although we do hope to
welcome you at the inspection, it is not compulsory to be present during the
inspection.
